Prices
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the legal value added tax of 7.7%.
Order / Delivery
All orders are binding. Within Switzerland the shipping costs are included. For express orders, shipping costs of CHF 20 are charged. Orders are always shipped completely, no partial deliveries are made. Express orders before 11:00 a.m. are shipped the same day.
Payment
You can pay conveniently by invoice within 10 days (Swiss customers only), by cash on delivery or with the credit cards VISA, Master Card and American Express. For new customers, different account limits are offered according to a credit assessment. We reserve the right not to offer all payment methods if these limits are exceeded.
Exchange / Right of return
If you do not wish to keep an item, return it by mail within 10 days in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging and send us the code of the postal receipt by e-mail.
We guarantee our customers the delivery of perfect new products. Please note that personalized items of any kind cannot be returned. Also excluded from the right of return for copyright reasons are software, multimedia products, sound carriers, videos and DVDs.
If the goods were damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours by e-mail. Claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Prices are subject to change. Place of jurisdiction is 6300 Zug.

We commit ourselves not to sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies within the framework of the order processing.
Security
Your credit card details are encrypted with proven SSL technology. Each transaction is authorized online with the appropriate credit card companies. Your credit card statement will show your purchases under International Star Registry. Your credit card information is not stored by us.
Retention of title
The delivered articles remain the property of International Star Registry AG, 6300 Zug until full payment has been received.
Final provisions
In the event of disputes between International Star Registry AG and the customer, Zug as the company headquarters of International Star Registry AG is the place of jurisdiction.
